Wish you had a mentorship program! As a low-income woman of color, your videos are helping ensure I break the cycle of low-income I was born into. Thank you so much

Great video! All recent grads should watch this. I think living with your parents for a little bit after graduation is such a big way to get ahead early!

To add to # 7. Open a Roth IRA and put the account min in to start the seasoning timing. Pick a ETF or Fund that is safe. Contribute whatever you can each year ($530 a year goes along way) You can then 5 years from that point on use the money gained towards a first home buy up to 10k no penalty. Also you will have a retirement account that is away from a 401k and profits are tax free! #8 First match to the level that the employer is going to full-fill then every year move the contribution higher when you get a raise. You are shooting 10%-20% contribution.

You don't need a credit score to buy car or to buy a house or to rent an apartment. What you need is cash, you need a credit score only to borrow money which is never a good idea to spend money you don't have.

Creditscore. Think that's only a thing in the US. I live in the Netherlands. Here having a debt or a history of being in debt/defaulting o a lone or bill is very bad and can prohibits you from getting a loan or morgage in the future, or evenn prohibit you from getting a Mobile Phone subscription.

Are you familiar with discord? I think its a good idea if you start a channel and we subscribe to it. We’ll basically share ideas on stocks, it’d be very helpful to all of us!
