Just wanted Rusty to know how much we all appreciate his videos..his calm way..the thoughtful process..and the delivery of these disturbing cases that makes His audience think and ponder how horrific it all is..there is just way to many disappearances...

Again with the damn shoes. Why do so many people lost in the woods feel compelled to ditch their shoes? The craziest example of this was a case David Paulides covered where a hunter lost in a snowstorm removed his boots and kept going without them. His remains were found 18 miles from where he left the boots. How the hell do you walk 18 miles in 2 feet of snow barefoot? Not just how, but why? This shit ties my brain in knots.

MakerInMotion I read stories about a man being abducted by a Bigfoot and they were fascinated with his clothes and boots. They shred off all his clothes and boots. I think these things know it's easier to track someone while wearing shoes or boots.

I'm not ready to go there yet. But the deeper I go down this bizarre missing persons rabbit hole the less averse I get to paranormal explanations. I would lean more towards aliens if I had to take a shot in the dark. There was a case where a kid disappeared near Mt. Shasta and was found alive later. His story was that someone who looked like his grandma had taken him underground and laid down a piece of sticky paper and asked him to crap on it. Trusting the recollection of a 4 year old is always shaky, but if you wanted to study a species you came across on another planet it would make sense to take stool samples. It would also make sense to appear to him as a loved one to make him more trusting and compliant. in 2012 we were already making holograms of 2 Pac, imagine what a space faring civilization could do. Just saying.

Just imagine all those people who doesn't have family or friends to report them missing when they visit these national parks and never come back so there's no news coverage to their whereabouts. I wonder what the park officials would do if they come across their abandoned vehicles. They probably would keep quiet about it since they don't even keep records of missing people in their parks.

I cannot believe when I hear "search ended after 3 days". 3 days for such a vast area of land, that's a joke. That is literary NO effort. There have been searches for killers that lasted decades. I know a case of a victim (killed 46 years ago, named Jane Doe cause nobody had a clue who she was) and it was solved. After 50 years. They refused to give up on that case. And now hundreds of people have gone missing and the search lasts 3 days to a week. I think somebody knows what has happened to those missing people and they know it's hopeless to search for them. Otherwise, they would put in more effort, I think.

IAN PAYNE Oh sorry, I made a mistake. I'll correct my text.. the victim was unindentified for almost 50 years, not 60 as I thought. But still, that's 50 years and her murder was not simply swept under the rug as it's done with all those poor people that have gone missing in national parks. Her name was Reet Jurvetson and there's a whole documentary about her case (search for Jane Doe - The Fifth Estate).

The disappearances are absolutely bizarre. Sad cases. Something strange is going on, and I believe a very select few of "top men" in our government know what's going on.

1st case Roy.. My father used to do something like this. He had his trails and lakes etc that he would pull over at on his way home from work. Walk, relax, have a smoke without my mother catching him lol So I have to wonder if his car abandoned or parked. There is a difference.

As I've said in the previous video. I'm just noting something interesting, I'm not trying to suggest anything. Disappearing from the back of the line sounds like something a predator would do. Shoes or a shoe left at the scene and the lack of a scent trail suggest an aerial abduction...
@cannibalbunnygirl

Jim Mc a lot of these cases the smell trails to a river and the dogs lose it or refuse to follow it. Makes you wonder

Mrs Lucas Baker...True, but in many cases the shoe is in an inaccessible location (on top of boulders etc.) or just sitting there with no scent trail...It's just odd...

Jim Mc or the case of the hiker who's backpack was in such a place that it was only spotted by helicopter. People's things being found in inaccessible places or people disappearing in the water does suggest predators rather than say, misadventure.

I'm glad I'm on my lunch break at work. That way, I can watch the entire video instead of watching bits and pieces of it like I normally have to do if I watch it on the shitty little 15 mins that Walmart gives us for smoke breaks. This time, I'm actually able to relax and watch it and really get into it. Yayyyy!!!!

One guy they find his hiking boot hanging from a tree and nothing else. Another guy they find his pack and some clothing and remains but upon DNA being done they are not his so he's still missing. Folks keep saying predators like in animal attacks. Not the cause of most these disappearances as experts search for sign of that. These rescue people know what to look for. Another weird thing is that not to long ago a bunch of the disappeared where of German nationality coincidence? Maybe.

I doubt there's something sinister out there taking these people, I think some of them got lost and the elements got them or they fell into the rivers or lakes and drowned. I do hope if they're still alive, they'll be found so the family can have closure or be reunited with their loved one.
