There are plenty more things to see and do within Athens.. Omonoia Square , Syntagma Square, Ermou Street, Varvakios Fresh Food Market, Botanic Gardens, Panethenaic Stadium, Zappeion, Plenty of Museums, Plenty of Taverns and Cafes and shopping everywhere. Anafiotika is indeed very nice. So are the areas of Psirri and Plaka.. Obviously they can't be all done in one day. Watching the Changing of he guard at Syntagma Square.

The residences of Anafiotika are okay if we wander around their alleys? Seems to be like very close to their personal spaces... But I like to walk around this neighborhood!

Very nice. Thank you for filming and posting. Just one thing: Romans called it "Forum" not Agora. So it should be properly called the "Roman Forum".

Where is the National Archeological Museum ??? In my opinion is much better than the Acropolis Museum.

Acropolis museum is far newer, better equipped to to create ideal conditions to preserve its foundings has a more open architecture that allows light to enter and at times its exhibits stand out more impressively and also has a multimedia section and as every modern museum a relaxation area (cafeteria) with the best view towards Parthenon. The only thing the Archaeological museum has is bigger number of artifacts and a section with Egyptian donated antiquities. This museum is very close to Polytechnic schools in 28th October street. Very close to Omonoia square.

@@Rousseau4469 My aim was not to criticize the Acropolis Museum. I agree that the building is modern, it is more beautiful, it has an exceptional location, excellent temperature and light conditions, a multimedia section and so on. Undoubtedly, it is an attraction that deserves to be visited! To the detriment of all these facts, I give more importance to the collection that a museum offers to visitors. I prefer the National Archeological Museum by far. But that's a matter of taste. You can support Real Madrid and I support Barcelona. Or vice versa. My criticism concerns the fact that the author of the video did not include the National Archaeological Museum among the top 10 attractions in Athens. I wanted to offer a different view of the video proposal, by suggesting an unmissable visit to an attraction in the capital of Greece.

@@djmarcosmamede3657 I agree definetely with you to the extent of the quantity and variety of the artifacts housed. I happened to visit both of them, the National one on the summer on the event about explaining researches on several artifacts particularly I was informed for the latest discoveries on Antikythera Mechanism and the Acropolis museum last March. What made me have negative impressions was the very poor lighting the bad presentation with tiny letters of all the informative inscriptions and the fact that despite its size the facility was packed to it's limit. No respect for the quests or for those unlucky presenters that had the unfortunate task of presenting the evolution of the researches. While on the other hand on the Acropolis despite the moody weather it was the perfect environment. I think there has come the time for extended renovation of the first one and I am happy to find out that there is political will and already many companies but most of all prominent citizens seem to be more than willing to boost economically the task and mostly build newer extensions.

Ναύπλιο is absolutely stunning ( and I'm talking only about the old town ). I believe you failed to mention that this was the first capital of the modern state of Greece
