The Addams Family would get an honorable mention due to playing that at the arcade in the mall when I was in high school. For digital pinball, Epic Pinball (PC) is my favorite with its 12 Tables. Honorable mentions would be Pinball Dreams/Fantasies/Illusions (PC), Space Cadet (PC), Dragon's Fury (Genesis- I didn't ve a TG-16 growing up), Pinball Construction Set (C64), and Thunderball! "Pinball Dreams" was awesome back on my Amiga 500. "Ignition" was decent (if a bit plain - so much empty space in the lower third of the table) and I found "Beat Box" to be annoying, but "Steel Wheel" and especially "Nightmare" were excellent fun for me. EDIT: Pinball Dreams/Fantasies/Illusions were by Digital Illusions (who later became DICE). They had nothing to do with Pyscho Pinball, which was by Codemasters (who made the Game Genie, DiRT, Lord of the Rings Online, etc.). EDIT 2: Oh, yeah, I'd forgotten that I had bought all three of them (the 'Deluxe' editions with extra tables that I've never heard of before) many, many years ago. They work perfectly out of the (DOS)box on Linux, too. Illusions was a bit meh, but Dreams & Fantasies are definitely worth the $10 US they currently cost.

Awesome vid! Knowing how you are with emulation and being a pinball fan, I’m surprised you haven’t gotten into virtual pinball. I got into the hobby bout two years ago and it’s great! You build a dedicated cab to emulate actual pinball machines or play originals made. One of my personal favorite is made by a popular creator JP Salas. He did an actual 3d version of space cadet. So when you play it on a cab it’s like the video game but if it were an actual pinball machine (if that makes sense.)

nice list, i've always loved gba pinball games for some reason, the graphical style tends to be very unique (pacman, pokemon, mario pinball land, muppet pinball mayhem, and even outside of cartoony artstyles like with pinball of the dead... they all have a very distinct "gba" look) i'd have a few of those on my list, with things like rollerball on the msx, revenge of the gator on the original gameboy, pinball pulse the ancients beckon on dsiware (especially that last one, it's made by the same devs as timeshock! and the whole pro pinball quadrilogy, who incidentaly also made metroid pinball on the ds, and trully feels like a lost sequel in the series, the design is *so* good), and probably wildfire's balls of steel, too (that engine was *great* ; they made variants for kiss, austin powers, dirt track racing and a whole bunch of random licences). and my favorite dos pinball is amtex's adaptation of 8 ball deluxe.

Awesome game, cool sound effect and to this day remains my favourite pinball. Astro Pinball is also a really cool digital pinball that was on the CreatiVision/Dick Smith Wizzard that I had back at Christmas 1982.
