What a beautiful video! I was born and raised in North Carolina and I don't plan to leave, ever.. This is my home, I find it to be so special and magnificent! Pilot Mountain is only 62miles away from my home, I've been wanting to go adventure there!

Wow, this video is breath taking. This video has some of the highest production quality of any youtube video I have ever seen. And yet it has very few views, I suppose it isn’t very good for the algorithm. This hits me so deep, I love North Carolina and I love nature. I love the north carolinian nature. The carolina bays are in my top 10. I also love the Uwharrie national park. On the edge of the park and high rock lake, there is a massive hill that I have hiked before. Also I have hiked up thru the middle of the forest. Also in my top ten is the whole of the outerbanks, like the sand dunes and beaches and sounds and marshes. I love the marshes in NC. The southern pines. The beech tree forests. I love my home.

I live here. I dont ever have to traverse up the parkway. I can just explore around the foot of the parkway. Sometimes, if i give myself a real nice treat, I'll go up to Devil's Courthouse. Maybe even beyond.

It's absolutely amazing to think about how old the earth is, and how utterly incredible it is that people have been able to use the scientific method to learn so much about our planet and the lifeforms that inhabit it. We must continue to learn about the natural forces that have caused North Carolina to exist as it does now. Thank scientists for making all of this knowledge possible! Thank you for this informative video!

@@ExploringCreationVids I moved to the wonderful state of NC, Charlotte to be exact, 9 years ago from the Philly area and I love NC. Your video gave me ideas of new places to explore. What a wonderful state NC is. It's the best! The beaches and the mountains are amazing!

How tall was Grandfather Mt 150M years ago?
@ExploringCreationVids
Ай бұрын
Great question! Grandfather Mountain has undergone significant geological changes over millions of years, but estimating its height from 150 million years ago is quite challenging due to erosion and tectonic activity.

Agree with everything except, it’s probably a little less than 1Billion years…!

Nice video with a lot of good selections but how could you not include at least one of the following: Blue Ridge Parkway, GSMNP, Nantahala NF or Pisgah NF?
