the only problem with Jay Cutler is that the Bears never found a way to hypnotize him into thinking he was playing against the Vikings at home every week. If they did, he'd be a 10 time 1st team All Pro, 10 time pro-bowler, guaranteed HoFer, and would have won the Superbowl like 5-8 times. Because, for some reason, whenever he played the Vikings in Soldier Field, Cutler would turn into a fusion of Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Aaron Rogers. He had a 7-1 record against the Vikings at Soldier Field. If you count the game he played as Denver's lead QB, that would be 8-1. Heck, he beat Brett Favre in 2009 at Soldier Field.

But even in 5 seasons as the Bucs starter, he can still be considered the 5th best QB in franchise history. That doesn't say much now that they have had Brady, Winston, Johnson, and Freeman. But in those days, the best they had ever had was Doug Williams and Vinnie T probably would have been slotted right behind him.

I love everything Eli Manning did for the Giants but he became a sacred cow, whereas you couldn't even discuss a succession plan. He would have told you himself he was not playing forever. A lot of people like to point out Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson but no one said the Giants should have drafted either back in 2017. All I heard was Sam Darnold , Josh Rosen or Baker Mayfield if he didn't go first overall and you can't say any of those options worked out either. Whose to say if the Giants drafted Josh Allen he would have turned out the way he did going to that organization.

Anyone would bust with the Giants. The o-line is horrible, and they just aren't a complete team. How about the Cheifs getting all of the 49ers reject QBs I mean Montana and Alex Smith had a little success but Steve Bono and Elvis Grbac choked big time with KC

Steelers with Bradshaw. They could of had Marino in 1983.

Whoever makes these scripts really should do a little research. Seattle DID draft a quarterback in Dan McGuire. He really sucked but they did move on.

Cutler was a good QB on bad Bears teams post 2012 season. p.s. - Dak is going to be on this list in a few years

Can't wait to see this list updated in the future with Kirk Cousins considering how mediocre he has always been. Bears didn't hold onto Cutler too long, they just fucked up their draft successor as everyone in chicago will tell you how stupid it was to pick Mitch over Mahomes.
