This is a collection of my favorite drills that I do from home or as a warm up before games. I've tailored these to work on a few key elements:
1. Sweet Spot Accuracy
2. Hand Eye Coordination
3. Balance
Improving these three things will tremendously improve your game and the better you can get at these drills, you will see a direct impact in your game on court. Some of these will be more challenging than others. Focus on quality over quantity as you start out and gradually increase the quantity.
