From my understanding, the TUDCA helps the body produce more bile, but it does not help to thin the bile (sludge) or improve the flow. That's what the beet flow is designed to do. @@TheRealMonnie Things might have changed, and that would be fabulous. I met one doctor in Fort Lauderdale, also advertised as an osteopath. I found out he had taken a course - one hundred hours. He was hopeless. Osteopathy is a 5-year course in Canada ! And it could hardly be otherwise ! Just in the Montréal area, there are at least four colleges (many teachers go and teach to Toronto, and Vancouver). ~~~~ In the U.S., to be allowed to practice as osteopath, you had/have to be a doctor. Nonsense to a certain degree, if you consider that they are two different professions ; both require that you fine-tune your knowledge and techniques (at least 2,500 in osteopathy alone). ~~~~ I know of doctors on the West Coast who would come and study in Vancouver, BC. I would trust that these are real osteopaths. In a nutshell, someone telling me that they've studied six months (and that does exists) would not be allowed to touch me. I just know too much about it and since 1998... All the Best !

I am 55 and going through menopause but I have never taken hormone replacement therapy. Can my estrogen levels be elevated naturally due to menopause and that make the bile thicker? I have also been in a constant state of stress since my husband passed away suddenly a yr ago. I am struggling financially and emotionally so I am always under a lot of stress. When I take bile salts I have normal bowel movements but if I don't I stay constipated.

Hi Lynny, So sorry to hear about your husband. And yes, stress and other factors can raise estrogen. I don't view it as menopause raising estrogen. I view it more like the underlying cause of menopause has the ability to raise estrogen in some cases. But other factors can thicken bile as well. As far as constpation, it is possible (though rare) that ox bile can improve constipation by helping to lubricate the stool, but when that is the case, there are other underlying causes of the constipatiion. But constipation is pretty easy to fix. You can learn more about that here: kzitem.info/news/bejne/12akyq5vf6afdWk But you can figure out which aspects of digestion need help and how to fix them in our totally free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Let us know how it goes.

hiya- You are misinforming ppl the opposite about estrogen and its relation to tinnitus. it is NOT a stress hormone. it is actually a huge anti-inflammatory hormone. And it is the DECREASE of estrogen that creates an imbalance. That is why women head into to perimenopause and beyond mat start to have growing tinnitus issues. The lack of training on women’s health beyond getting pregnant is a huge part of the medical bias.HRT treatment is the key to alleviating tinnitus among other unexplained issues…and women are being ignored as if they should just accept their pains. However, you are right on in terms of the gut-brain axis to the situation in women. And THAT has to be addressed to aid in weight gain, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc. So key in women’s health care trajectory.

It's okay that we disagree. This video explains why estrogen therapy can reduce such a wide variety of symptoms, and it also explains why it is a mistake: kzitem.info/news/bejne/p59qu4WtkpeKnIo This reference will also help you see that part of the bad information out there is that estrogen therapy has no consequences: jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/200193 We prefer to see women fix the actual underlying cause of the problem instead of elevating hormone levels 20 times higher than they would ever be in nature.

@KickItNaturally Thanks so much. I have actually done extensive research on many aspects of women's health, or the lack there of, after dealing with the massive lack of proper training in things of estrogeon and women, in general, and being written off for the sexism that stems from since ALL of medicine is based on the male body and women's health is an afterthought until the movement I'm seeing now. You calling estrogeon a stress hormone is huge misinformation, though all hormones work in tandem to everything and can somewhat try to get how you came up with that-though still far from accurate. I do trust the work Dr. Mary Claire Haver is doing as an OB/Gyn -menopause specialist, and think you may find her information very valuable to the work you're trying to provide. kzitem.info/news/bejne/0IenyaKPnH2paW0si=EVV0ztZji92cvjtl

@KickItNaturally the study you sent is from 2005. It is basically 20 years ago, and outdated information for current, better understood methods of the 12 HRT options now finally provided -that weren't even on the table when this very limited study was done. Again, I get the lack of wanting to learn about women's intricacies of health, that wouldn't be so intimidating if the medical system used women as the basis, starting point for teaching medicine.

@KickItNaturally
Жыл бұрын
Hi @Cindy Batson. If you're itching, that is a huge sign that your body is not detoxing like it should and that is almost always a sign of poor bile flow. So taking ox bile can help process fats correctly with that meal, but it doesn't help you thin your bile so it would flow correctly and fix the detoxing issue. If you still have your gallbladder, you really want to fix the bile flow issue. Here is a video that explains how to do that: kzitem.info/news/bejne/zniavGqQjWuoooY and this video will explain who should and should not use bile salts or ox bile: kzitem.info/news/bejne/uoOKymh8kZZhoZw Let us know how it goes.

It can depend on the person. If bile is flowing well, even when there isn't a gallbladder to store it in and allow for a big dump of it at once, the bile may still be flowing into the intestinal tract and help out with digestion some. But in most cases, if the gallbladder is gone, the person will need to supplement with ox bile indefinitely.

I can attest to the excess fats being pushed through the skin. For me it's the long chain, usually polymerized fatty acids. Like the emulsifier used in milk chocolate called polyglycerol polyricinoleate. I've also noticed side effects in the skin after consuming polysorbate 60 and 80, emulsifiers used in ice cream, iced cappuccinos, soft serve ice cream, mcflurries, and whipped cream. For a while even triglycerides in coffee were problematic but not anymore thankfully lol. I'm good with mono and diglycerides but nothing poly-- The cystic acne these ingredients created led to my mom being diagnosed with Hydradenitis Supurativa. We just assumed I had the same thing because we both broke out in cysts,mine just weren't as bad, especially after discovering the trigger. Which confused me because everyone with the condition in the FB support group has a different trigger.... for some it's nightshade plants and others it's vinegar. Makes no sense to me. But now I know it's not a myth that chocolate was giving me acne. And it wasn't the sugar, which yes maybe caused surface acne as well but not what was causing the cysts.
