Dr's are only required to have 8 hours of nutrition studies in all of their years of education. A Dr friend of mine revealed this to me recently and I was appalled! She now is a nutritionist and uses her knowledge to heal many ailments successfully and without drugs! Proper nutrition and key information on vital nutrients that our diets lack, are critical to our health. Dr's often treat symptoms without searching for causes which could be as simple as eating proper foods. I appreciate videos such as these. Much money is being made by masking things with drugs instead of healing us with what our bodies truly need!

The last several months I've been unusually tired. There are several other symptoms that I have. Actually my mom takes magnesium so I'm just going to start taking it. Trying to get a magnesium supplement prescribed by my own doctors is challenging. I had a head injury over 3 years ago and my neurologist wrote to my doctor advising magnesium for the treatment of the migrainous component of my mTBI and twice now my doctor has failed to prescribe. Instead, my doctor prescribed 4 different drugs which came with side-effects. As a last resort, and feeling my health was struggling, I went and purchased magnesium body oil, magnesium flakes for soaking in the bath and a magnesium liquid formula to take with food. The outcome: I feel more energised, sleep better, have less mTBI symptoms, hardly any migraines, my nervous system is calmer and my sugar cravings have reduced. I now have the evidence that I’ve been magnesium deficient for a long while and armed with my own research, I’ll be paying a visit to my doctor and insisting on a correct magnesium prescription or a referral back to my neurologist to complain. I can’t believe I’ve had to go through all these horrendous mTBI symptoms because my doctors wouldn’t get his finger out to scribble out magnesium in their prescription pad! I’ve certainly lost faith in my doctor!

Its not doctors that are bad but they follow the "system". Once in a while you run into a doctor that studies outside of the box but most don't. I figured this out when years ago I asked my doctor a question. I forget the question but his reply was, "They say". That is all I remember but we never find out what the invisible "they" is? I thought; my diagnosis is on the basis of "They say". Newspapers use this. Experts say, Scientists discover, doctors have found etc. Without naming the names. We all follow the leaders even when we don't know who that is. We have to think for ourselves.

But I also understand that for the protection of the person who made this video, he/she has to add that statement - "consult your doctor"..but that is the irony of this world, BELIEF IS - the one who treats us with chemicals and drugs is the right person to look after health but the one who talks about nutrition and foods to look after health cannot talk openly and has to say consult ur doctor!!

Hi. I watched your video on sights of magnesium deficiency . I have severe restless leg syndrome . I also get migraines too. I have high blood pressure. Always have no energy and fatigue . I grave sweets too. I went to a wellness check up a few days ago by a nurse practitioner . She brought up magnesium because of my signs and symptoms. She suggested a spray magnesium oil to spay directly to my legs. I ordered it from amazon and will be here in a couple of days. I hope it helps, as these symptoms has gone on for about 9 months. Thank you for this information

I believe all these magnesium videos. I noticed a big difference in just three days of me taking them. I would get killer Charlie horse cramps in my legs at night that would make me cry. I haven't had any and I haven't had any headaches either and I noticed I don't wake up exhausted. The list goes on.

No one needs to be dependent on a doctor and "get their permission" to cure themselves of a magnesium deficiency. Just eat a healthy diet, establish healthly habits, and get a good vitamin/mineral supplement to make up the difference. I would take an extra supplement of magnesium also. Buy some "Natural Healing" books and educate yourself on what to do for many ailments. Raw juicing fixes many problems. Doctors do so much misdiagnosing and want to hook people on prescription drugs(which cause other health problems) when their patients could have taken the initiative to get well on their own if they had only made the effort and changed their lifestyle. Some things are more involved then just taking a pill. Sometimes the body desperately needs detoxing and nourishing and that is something doctors can't do for you. Deficiencies and toxic related health problems can be handled with some simple education and effort. Let's not encourage a society of medical dependency but one of smart self-sufficiency and taking ones health into their own hands with the help of education.

I have experienced most of these symptoms and have visited various doctors many times. No doctor would even consider that I might be having a nutritional deficiency (except Vitamin D). And then there are these people called psychiatrists whose default mode is to prescribe anti-depressants no matter what is wrong with you. Modern medicine, with all the benefits that it has provided us, has also created this pocket of dangerous people who wield way too much power.

I know you are required to say ‘see your doctor’ in such videos but KZitem and Google educates you more than the doctors. I would rather do that. 3 weeks ago I had a bad acid reflux, it went away, and now I have sleeplessness and anxiety. I have never had any health problems before this ever. When I consulted a doctor they wanted to do chest x ray, ecg and one even suggested endoscopy. I started practicing yoga and breathing exercises and my condition improved so much in these three weeks. I also started taking B12 and Centrum. I still cannot sleep well but it isn’t that bad. Will start magnesium from today. Thanks for the video.

A family member was experiencing an increasing vision loss ... and ended up getting referred to a high level eye specialist - taking 3 weeks, 6 visits each taking over 2 hours of waiting - and countless expensive, complicated tests .... and this doc with 12 years of post high school medical education at the top schools in the country - still couldn't find the cause!! This person's eyesight was deteriorating during this time, with no diagnosis - so in frustration I did an internet search keying in the 'unique' symptoms he was experiencing - which is only logical. This was 14 years ago, and the search results were not as good as they are now - yet it took me only 15 MINUTES to discover the cause ..... a nutritional deficiency of B vitamins !!! Today if I was doing that same search and using the same key words - I would have gotten the results in just 15 SECONDS !!! Yet this professional who studied in this field for years - and had numerous research sources at his disposal, plus the results of dozens of his bogus tests .... could not solve the mystery as this person's vision declined. On the last drs visit, I had warned the patient that IF this doctor failed to find the answer - I would be forced to tell him - as arrogant as he was - what I had found - and tell him the ONLY TEST that was needed - was a blood test to check vitamin levels. However, as a last resort THIS DOC FINALLY came up with the blood test on his own - and it was no surprise when that simple blood test results came back showing the patient was very low in B vitamins ... and needed to take simple inexpensive vitamin supplements to treat his vision loss!!! However, since his vision has declined during 3 weeks of wasted time - his vision improved but he never able to get his total vision back. Wrong diagnoses over the years - have become so common it is reprehensible just in our family alone ... and if it is happening to us, it is happening to millions of others seeking medical help from lazy doctors who won't put in the time and effort to listen to their patients carefully and stop taking short cuts with fast simple thoughtless - and often WRONG diagnoses. Maybe if it were easier to sue doctors - they might try harder and actually listen.

All your information is correct. Now...as to your references to "consulting your doctor": Allopathic doctors for the most part don't even GET nutritional training as part of their exorbitantly expensive educations. It's been my experience that they will NEVER prescribe a dietary or supplemental remedy. They always prescribe pharmaceuticals. For one thing, they are rewarded financially for doing so and the medical profession thrives on sick people NOT healthy ones. The sad fact is that I usually have to educate THEM in this regard. I can only assume that you include that statement to cover any legal implications.
