The more southern you travel the more northern you get. During the rainy season much of the charm returns and it's pretty chill here. You can get a seat in a restaurant without a long wait. During snowbird season the northern mentality returns with all the rush, loud rudeness & sucky driving that a fast paced life seems to breed. Not all are a%@holes but enough are to change the whole vibe of an otherwise great place to live.

I don’t. That’s not something that is able to be kept accurately since there isn’t a town boundary.

All the Disney stuff revolves around Disney and keeping their status as a Improvement district which is basically a county in Florida. Celebration which is close by was owned by Disney originally which was supposed to be apart of it. Then the Disney hiarchy sold it off because the didn't want to be voted out of control of the Disney area. Hence the recent problems of them and the state of Florida.

How do they count population for the Disney/theme park "towns"? I may have missed it but who lives in these places to count as population? Staff?

Nope, in north Florida the beach can be as far as 3 hours away. But in general, the beach is about 2 hours away.
