Very informative! We love that there's four seasons, milder weather, lower taxes, and more things which we can experience down there; however, someone considering moving to the area might also like to see a video about things, say, like the expenses of utilities, registering your car for the first time, additional costs like subscriptions to fire coverage(something I learned about watching a video on TN). It's some of those additional cost for things which we might not consider when relocating. Nonetheless, I heard many years ago about how beautiful the Greenville area was; it's just taken us too many years to start thinking about fleeing from up north.

I moved 30 minutes outside of Greenville from S. Florida 3 months ago and I’m so glad I moved here (Greer) vs Greenville. The downtown of Greenville is great, but the appeal for me stopped there. Greer is absolutely beautiful and the population is less densely populated here.🙏🏼

My! A glowing review of a city from a realtor who, let me guess, just might have some properties for sale there? What a surprise! That's what I really enjoy, a clear and concise review of a city from someone that has absolutely no vested interest in it! I guess it could be worse. Like Shakespeare said, "The first thing we do, we kill all the lawyers". I wish no one any harm, always been a peaceful sort of guy. But I wouldn't mind some people being rode out of town on a rail, and I don't even know what that means. Sounds good though.

Yes, he doesn't mention the negatives. So hot and muggy that it's like a steam bath. Mosquitoes are relentless. Car insurance is high because roads and even side walks can't keep up with the influx of transplants. People ignore road signs because they know police can't keep up in a sea of cars. I miss the old, quiet Greenville.

That’s one of the many wrong things that has happened to my hometown of NYC. This has always been a highly desirable city to visit and live for many. But for many years, not that many would stay. Things have gotten SO out of hand here on every level, but ESPECIALLY the cost of living in general. I want to head south so bad!! I love the heat. But the cost of living and population is increasing as well. Idk where on this planet would be good for me. I just really need a good safe place to swim, warm weather, billiards, animals, nature and a rodent free, nice affordable place to live. Oh, of course, healthy, affordable fresh food. As that too much to ask for?😂
