I’ve read most of these but I would give a caveat to 48 laws of power. There’s a little bit of darkness in there along the lines of Machiavelli. In fact it’s more of an updated version of “The Prince.” Some good stuff, to be aware of, but I wouldn’t go around practicing some of the laws he talks about.

Totally agree with everything you’ve stated. However, from my perspective there is a step that must take place first. That is to change our programming. We are all Pavlovian creatures who have been programmed from conception and upon entering into the world. All of our experiences in life form our future choices. We have very little free choice because the prior input determines what we choose in the future. Many of us come from dysfunctional families which only multiplies our bad choices. We start out with emotional wounds that never seem to heal. The need to feel loved and not experiencing it. The need for approval and never getting it. Until these issues are resolved, we cannot grow into our full potential. We must start by connecting the dots. Once you see how the past has screwed you, you are then in a position to make a smarter choice. Be brave and face down the prior programming. I was able to break free from much of my previous conditioning. Best thing that ever happened to me. It’s all about making better choices for a better outcome. We harvest from the patterns that we initially set up for ourselves. But first, we must break the chains of conditioning and programming. Plus follow all the recommendations sited in this video. We are the Scriptwriters of our lives. Write a great one.

@Jan Norris. Good point. I would say that many of us, don't drink enough water thus affecting our health. Children and young people are particularly at risk because they are being tempted by aspartame drinks, and other rubbish. I have first hand experience with regard to this, because I worked as a special needs teaching assistant. Dehydrated children have problems with their behaviour and concentration. Good profit for the drinks industry, but potential problems for children in later life. Kind regards.👍

It should totally replace it! If you're told you're a victim, and a group of people have everything, and you're powerless, and they all have it in for you etc... It's super patronizing, demeaning, marginalizing, and divisive etc... to everyone!
@ksauthor7035
2 жыл бұрын
Guys being a brown person, I understand the fear some people have about CRT, but it's important to understand our past to fix our future. Learning about other cultures and what they went through in our country helps us to better understand each other. It's not about putting down white people, it's about understanding the plight of the people who have been marginalized. Irish, blacks, Japanese, Mexicans and native Americans. I know tons of white people and none of them are racist, but we have industries which still practice discrimination and nobody questions them. This is due to a lack of in understanding and an askew way of learning. Whether or not CRT is taught in schools, it's a good plan to educate yourself. Love and peace to you all.

#4 is so important plz you guys i cannot stress enough how important it is to get blood tests regularly and see what ur body is lacking we all like to have a routine in our lifes but when we go 10, 20, 30 years having the same diet we end up lacking certain parts cuz none of us are dedicated enough to make sure we eat a fully rounded diet so inevitably you will be lacking something if you arent a health nut, i grew up having terrible anxiety, depression and all kinds of other mental instabilities along with some terrible physical ailments and sensitivities for literally my whole life and i just thought it was normal i thought i just had some mental disorders and some unrelated physical disorders and it took until i was 27 years old for me to seriously so sick of it that i begged and pleaded to my doctor to hear me out and help me find a reason why i felt so terrible all the time and literally.... it pisses me off just thinking about it... it was literally just a vitamin deficiency.............. my doctor tested me and found out that apparently my body doesnt like to metabolize vitamin E so i started taking high doses of vitamin e and other vitamins i was low in and i swear to god the same day i took those vitamins my life changed i finally knew what it was like to be a real human and not have to constantly adapt to mental and physical torture... like im still adapting to actually enjoying life like sometimes i feel so immensely grateful for how bored i am that i cry cuz its been literally 20 years since ive spent a single second without having to think about what i could possibly do to feel better that i really dont know aht to do with my self i really could talk for days about how freaking important a good diet or at least a good vitamin and nutrition regiment is cuz if you think about it theres no possible way we could get everything our bodies need from the common diet that is taught to us or socially acceptable (at least here in america) so if you understand that then you have to understand that if you follow those social norms youll definitely be deficient in something and it might not seem super important but i promise you that any vitamin or nutrient deficiency can have some insanely terrible and unexpected effects it was literally making my so physically uncomfortable and mentally unstable that i thought i was crazy i was almost driven to the S word like it amazes me how much of an effect just a stupid vitamin made on me so i know first hand how dangerous it can be to be lacking anything in ur diet plz guys i urge you to go to ur doctors and get tested and see what you need more of so you can help keep urself stable it really helps on a daily basis and id be willing to bet that if you keep up on it long term that it will prolly have alot of benefits youll prolly live a few more years from keeping steady on all of ur nutritional needs if you go to the doctor at least once a year and get tested youll know what you should supplement with and i bet youll feel way better everyday even if you feel fine already i bet if you stay maxed on everything ur supposed to have i bet youll feel even better like it literally just makes sense if you think about how humans work and how society works and the kinda patterns we fall victim to i bet nobody is gonna read this far but i feel really passionate about this stuff cuz it literally made my life worth living for the first time in pretty much ever so if this helps even one person ill be happy af i hope someone who needs to know this stuff ends up reading this.

I'm with you on the need to pay attention to nutrients. Most of the ones listed are already in my diet. But there's on in particular that's debatable. Eggs. While I eat them occasionally, a non-cholesterol alternative with the same nutritional value are hemp seed nuts. Eggs are problematic due to science labs studying and testing various pathogens, which often use eggs as their protein source, thus these pathogens, when they escape from the lab, gravitate toward that food source.
