Couple of bonus facts: H.M. Murdock was literally Sharlto Copley's dream role. He has said in interviews that when he began acting he dreamed of one day having the chance to play Murdock in some kind of reboot. Wwhen he heard about this production potnetially going ahead he proactively put himself forward as a candidate to play the part and showed huge amounts of enthusiasm about it too. On a separate note, the film makers wanted to put an insane, high concept action gag in the movie and when the idea for that tank scene was touted they decided to discuss it with some qualified physicists to ensure that everything in the scene was actually viable. They figured that some viewers would immediately mock the scene for being ridiculous and they wanted to be able to smugly respond by saying that it had been verifed by science as totally plausible. :o)

I love the TV show soooo much and this movie is absolutely EPIC! Recently someone tried telling me " if you grew up watching the TV show...you can't like the movie!" 😂 read that in Minty sarcastic voice for extra fun. Seriously I don't know why people have any problem with this movie! It is an absolute masterpiece. Obviously it's not going to be better than the show considering the show was multiple Seasons with a variety of characters and stories that would be extremely hard to put into one movie. This movie is one of my favorite television adaptations on the big screen. It's not my place to tell somebody whether they should or should not like a movie but if you have not seen this movie I highly recommend checking it out because it is awesome in many ways. I will say the director's cut is definitely a better cut of the movie because it ties up some loose ends. Thank you for reviewing this amazing film❤

This movie is so awesome! It’s an action packed underrated movie IMO. The cast of the A-Team carries well with each other. Even the antagonist casts like Lynch and his crew did a great job. The big action scenes are so technical to complete displaying how the A-Team carries out Hannibal’s plan. The falling tank scene is so A-Team typical humorous moment that I can relate to the tv show. The small details from applying close quarter combat skills, weapon’s application, to demonstrating how to operate machines really adds to the excitement. Big A-Team fan over here. I found the movie entertaining. I wish there was a sequel.

There was another movie that was similar to the A-Team called The Losers which had one of the future GoTG cast members in it...Zoe Saldaña, along with fellow Marvel Alumni Chris Evans all of which took place the year before in 2010. So I think they kind of stole the thunder of the A-Team as it was such a close and very similar in make up storyline movie. I honestly love both of these movies and enjoy their similarities as well. In the tv series, the A Team were all former Special Forces. In the movie, they were former US Rangers Rangers don't operate in the same way that Special Forces do Rangers are souped up versions of infantry while Special forces act more like a commando team with special missions and specialized training. They train local forces in other countries to fight hostile governments. The way they work is this You have a 12 man squad of SFs. they get split into 2 for different missions and you have an A team and a B team of 6 each The get split into 3 teams of 4 so you have an A, B, and C teams They get split again and then you have an A Team, a B team, a C Team and a D Team of 3 men each Split them again into 2 man groups of A-F teams. There's nothing smaller than 2 man groups The A Team isn't a special team in the Special Forces, it's just the squad leader and whatever team members he has with him, the B Team is the assistant squad leader and the men he has and so forth

I saw this movie in the theatre and just watched it again a couple weeks ago. It is definitely underrated and a fun movie. The cast is great, but Copley is my favourite. A simple line like “You should see these bullets in 3D! It’s like they’re really shooting at us!” The character is crazy, so is it sarcasm, humour, or does he really think he’s watching a movie? It could be all three! And the mix up at the customs desk. He nailed it! This is one of my favourite TV show to movies. I really liked SWAT as well. They both kept it mostly serious with some humour, instead of being a comedy with some action like Starsky and Hutch, Dukes of Hazzard, and Chips… And the destruction of the van: yes fans were crushed, but it’s also saying this is something new, so don’t expect it to go exactly as planned. See also: the crushed RED VW Beetle in The Shining and the explosion of Luke’s lightsaber in The Last Jedi.

😅 Mark Bishop I'm glad you have a sense of humor about your pronunciations lol It's the only way we can get through them I wasn't angry about George's last name butchering Because of how comical it was 😅

I had to check the comments to see if anyone else had noticed that. The A-Team would have been a totally different show if Hannibal Smith had been Lector lol “I love it when a plan comes together with some fava beans and a nice Chianti” lol

Saw it at the movies....everyone there was enjoying it . Suprised it's considered a bomb. Soundtrack was impressive. My fave part was B.A.. ,yelling at Murdock " OVER 50 COMBAT MISSIONS !!! NO PROBLEM !!!!!! ONE FLIGHT WITH YOU ,I'M SCARRED FOR LIFE!!!!!"

Guessing you never had your name mispronounced then asshole. It can get very annoying. Especially when there’s footage out there of it being pronounced correctly. Also it makes you seem like you actually care about your work instead of just shitting something out just to get payed.

Alexiacarillo2132 If you watched the video, Minty does 1:49 as it pushes him to put out better content. Also the people that are named mispronounced names usually get pretty irked by it. I was convinced Minty was actually trolling those people that commenting, by doing it in every video lol. Comments are engagement, and engagement pushes videos to be seen by more people, and being seen by more people generates more money. Cha-ching! 💰💰

I absolutely love when my girlfriend tries to pronounce NHL hockey players names. She'll probably get three out of 10 right and it's hilarious and I love it. It's funny how in a world with wars breaking out everywhere and people dying and losing their jobs all over the place some idiot has to put someone down because he mispronounced a dead actor's name unintentionally. Whoever that person is needs to reevaluate what's important in their life

You missed to mention one thing. They did film on location in Cologne, Germany, but in the movie they say that they are in Frankfurt, Germany. Despite the fact you clearly see the cologne cathedral wich is absolutly distinctive in its shape and form. At least in Germany that was responsible for a lot of laughter in the cinemas.

Still one pf those "put it on when I'm working around the house" movies. Great chemistry among the characters and a fun set of set pieces.

I watched this movie in theater because my friend told me he watched it as kid and he have a blast, also that time Hollywood not an assh0le so I do go to cinema each month. and my opinion: NOT REGRETING IT, it was crazy fun, the jokes made everybody laugh in theater, personally I love watching how steel solid friendship of all 4 member, I still have empty feeling of why this movie didn't get sequel, then I've heard about it actually flopped and I broken heart.

I love this movie and have the extended version which adds more character moments. I only knew this film was coming out when working as a protectionist in the 2000's. It was nit a big hit but those that watched it enjoyed it. Thanks Minty ❤
