If you have trouble finding coffee cans, here are some tips! Try asking restaurants. They often still get their bulk coffee this way, but any large food can will work. Bulk shopping is great for this kind of thing! Tip from Salty Chips (subscriber) "You can also use unused paint cans that are inexpensive. At Lowe’s they sell quart and gallon sizes." Thank you Salty Chips! *Happy crafting everyone*

I appreciate the fact that you don't rely on expensive machines and vinyl or power tools (which I'm scared to death of frankly) to make THE most gorgeous crafts! You teach us to repurpose things we would likely throw in the trash! The lavender bouquet was absolutely better than the high end!! TYSM!! ❤️

Loved all the ideas. I always save the coffee cans and # 10 food storage cans. Loved the lids. An idea came to me while watching. If you cut 1 or 2 more cardboard rounds that are smaller to add to the bottom of the lid, it can sit down inside and the lids won't slide off. I plan on making several.

For the tops you can cut a couple circles that will fit inside the can and glue them on the bottom of the cover, then the cover will sit inside the edge of the can as well as on top and the cover won't slide off.

Lowes has 4 different sizes of paint that someone didn't like that color, I love the sample ones, they are $1.25 each. It is the perfect size for small jobs like these, they have a quart size it is $2.50, it is great for those bigger jobs like painting chairs or tables stuff like that. Their gallon size is only $9.00 which is great since some of their paint that size runs 30 dollars. You can do a lot of crafts with that much. I plan on painting my grandchildren room and doing 1 wall with a grass trees and flowers, so those 1.25 sample cans should be great for different colored flowers. New to this, whole wall thing, but I can always repaint. I love your ideas.

The Home Depot in my area calls them “oops paints”. Some are samples for $0.50, but most of the ones I’ve bought are super high quality BEHR Marquee for as low as $2 per quart. I have about 30 coffee cans from 2-3 lbs. unfortunately, my husband prefers a brand that comes in plastic ones. I do have about 8 metal ones. I can at least spray paint the plastic ones, and some are big. I cannot wait to do the lavender one. I recently saw a VERY similar lavender one that I had to screenshot. It was RIDICULOUSLY expensive. I happen to have some lavender that I actually haven’t used-so thanks for this!!!! I am obsessed with the bunny one😱. Absolutely stunning💜🍀 Edit: over on “White Sparrow Living” she has an amazing tutorial for how to make lambs ears out of spare green leaves from dollar tree florals. You can save lots of money and cut out waste!!
