Definitely make a small software on the side and sell it. I have made quite a bit with this route. I still have a job but it was a great decision to make something on the side. One thing you can do is if you have a job and you write your own utility to solve a problem at your job, turn that into a product. If you find a need and fill it with your software it has a good opportunity for growth.

This is less than a day working for a min wage(which is 6U$ by day) How should i work if people are almost not willing to pay for my projects? when i find some project which really is worth is big projects for big company that requires a lot f knowledge and big teams..
