However, 50% of the time you focus on how good the scene itself is rather than if the CGI is any good. And btw most of the times you said the CGI was bad, they were actually masterpieces for their time. Yeah you could argue that if you'd compared some of those scenes to other ones they'd look worse, but I don't think it's fair to compare those scenes to the ones in the newer movies. No offense to the people who made this video but "overuse of CGI" is a funny term to me. Most movies these days use way more cgi than the normie viewer would even notice. Entire buildings and terrain are just composited in post, the difference is you don't know its CGI. The entirety of the pirates of the Caribbean movies for example are pretty much done on a giant blue screen stage, the ships never actually touch any real ocean water. A better way of wording it would be poor use of CGI since it's only "overuse" when you notice it which most who aren't in visual effects won't when it's done properly.

The prequels were fine. The cgi wasn't terrible or even looked bad.

I actually don’t care much about CGI especially for Star Wars…. If story is good then everything is well & good 😊

Han walking on Jabba's tail is the worst CGI moment. Nothing wrong with Yoda versus Dooku. Shouldn't be on the list.

The worst cgi in the star wars universe is in the anakin trilogy. 💩

I agree, the CGI isn't the best, but it's okay and they were made 20 YEARS AGO

I wish they would remaster all episodes from 1 to 6 with modern cgi (7-9 doesn't exist). It would be incredible to see the saga with real good cgi.

No, the worst CGI was in episode 2 where Anakin and Amadala were eating chunks of apples and they were way off the mark.

Maybe because I first saw it as a kid but I love the Yoda vs Dooku dual! I still love that fight. It’s one of the few times we see the wise old Yoda, go into full on badass.

Yoda Vs Dooku is meant to be that way, Yoda is using what I pretty sure is form 4 of lightsaber combat where the Jedi uses the force to leap around and fight in a more acrobatic manor, so you’re wrong 🥱
