Update: • 我的DIY自制4X4越野房车改造升级!修复我...
In this video, I would like to introduce the DIY camper van that I built at home. It's a detachable camping box, specifically designed for my Ford Ranger utility. When not in use, it can be quickly removed and stored without affecting the daily use of the vehicle.
With dimensions of 2 meters in length, 1.9 meters in width, and weighing 450kg, this mini-sized camper is fully equipped with a double bed, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, heating, solar power, skylight, and more. It offers much greater comfort compared to regular tents or sleeping in the back of a truck, while being more convenient than towing a caravan. It combines the advantages of a motorhome and tent camping, without any of their drawbacks. Most importantly, it doesn't compromise the everyday usability of the vehicle. It's like a compact version of an 8x8 off-road truck, allowing you to explore the best landscapes that 4x4 vehicles can reach while providing a comfortable living space in rugged terrains.
