Keep it up! I am learning a lot from you, though not as quickly and easily as I'd like; I am at least able to crawl better ... someday, I'll walk. Maybe, I might even get to run when it comes to blueprints and these more advanced levels of work in the Engine.

are you considering auto face movements to the lipsync too: head nods, eye averts ... there is good info on how you can use both he pausing between phrase and energy ( volume) to do automatic full head movements /eye movement /blinks - many watch new anchors or other close up face talking video to get a since of eye, head movement that matches the lip-sync.

I've seen a few of the demo videos of iClone (haven't used it myself) but that's kind of the idea. Keeping things inside the UE toolset and automated is a huge win in terms of workflow.

for realisme the open/close jaw doesnt have to move much, bcoz in reality as we speak our jaw only move very slightly, u can even talks & sing any words with your both jaw closing

That is very true. I read a good animation book that talks about the same concept. With this system I use variable multipliers for each facial target, so at any time I can reduce specific movements like “Jaw open”. It’s customizable.

Yeah you got it, there are lots audio sampling tools available to check pitch, modulation and wave length, among other audio characteristics. I'm experimenting with them all.

Hi, I used this plugin and it works but I have a question that it can work on iOS platform or not? I noticed under path "OVRLipSync->ThirdParty->Lib" there are no floder named iOS. So I am wondering on iOS platform the "OVRLipSyncPlaybackActor" will not work or even can not package the ipa file. I would appreciate it if you or anyone could answer the question for me.

It was created by Oculus for use with unreal engine for VR development but you can use it for Unreal in regular Dev too. Free and a good quality tool.
