Resep Croffle (10 pcs)
Bahan:
200 ml susu hangat
6 gr ragi
3 sdm gula pasir
290 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
½ sdt garam
150 gr mentega, suhu ruang, pakai semua
Lainnya:

Langkah:
1. Masukkan ragi dan gula ke dalam susu, aduk lalu tutup dengan plastic wrap, diamkan selama 5-10 menit
2. Di mangkuk terpisah masukkan tepung terigu dan garam, aduk, lalu masukkan campuran ragi, uleni adonan hingga menyatu selama 5 menit
3. Olesi mangkuk dengan sedikit minyak, masukkan adonan, tutup dan istirahatkan selama 1 jam
4. Siapkan talenan atau meja kerja, taburi dengan tepung terigu, lalu pipihkan adonan bentuk persegi panjang
5. Masukkan mentega, oles hingga rata, lalu belah menjadi empat bagian, tumpuk kemudian lipat
6. Simpan dalam freezer selama 45 menit
7. Keluarkan dari freezer, pipihkan memanjang lalu bagi menjadi 10 bagian dengan bentuk segitiga
8. Ambil satu persatu adonan, belah tengah bagian bawah, tarik kemudian gulung, lakukan hingga seluruh adonan habis
9. Diamkan adonan selama 15-20 menit hingga mengembang
10. Olesi dengan air lalu masukkan ke dalam gula
11. Panaskan cetakan croffle, masukkan croffle panggang hingga kecokelatan
12. Croffle siap disajikan

Croffle Recipe (12 pcs)
Ingredients:
200 ml lukewarm milk
6 g yeast
3 tbsp sugar
290 g bread flour
½ tsp salt
150 g butter, room temperature
Others:

Steps:
1. Add the yeast and sugar into the milk. Stir and cover with plastic wrap. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Stir, then add the yeast mixture. Knead the dough until it comes together for 5 minutes.
3. Rub the bowl with a bit of oil and place the dough inside. Cover and proof for 1 hour.
4. Prepare a cutting board or a working surface and dust with flour. Roll the dough into a rectangle.
5. Spread the butter evenly. Slice into four parts, stack, and fold the dough.
6. Place in the freezer for 45 minutes.
7. Get the dough out of the freezer. Flatten lengthwise and slice into 10 triangles.
8. For each dough, halve the bottom part, pull the dough, then roll. Repeat for all the dough.
9. Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes until they rise.
10. Brush it with water, then roll it in sugar.
11. Heat the Croffle maker. Add the dough and cook until browned.
12. The Croffle is ready to serve.
