Recipe and ingredients:
Add 2 tablespoons of rice.
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds.
1 tablespoon oats.
250 ml of water.
Place on the stove until it boils. Boil 8-10 minutes.
Let the mixture cool down.
Take a medium sized potato and peel it.
Grate the potato on a fine grater. Add the grated potatoes. Puree them.
Homemade scrub for face, hand and body:
Pour the coarse mixture into a bowl.
Grind 2 tablespoons of coffee.
Mix well.
Scrub your skin with this mixture for 2-3 minutes.
