25:09 Shaved bonito or bonito flakes are really common in Japan. It's called "Katsuobushi" in Japanese. There are dozens of types, but generally speaking, the bigger or thicker flakes, the pricier and higher quality. I think you have already eaten in a couple of dishes such as Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, or Tohu. And this one is terrific! Even not a lot of Japanese citizen experienced this top-notch flakes.

Just watched your video. My wife and I just spent 2 nights there in December 2023 Didn't know anything about it and we walked away wanting more. You should've reached into your pocket and gone for a second day. In my travels I've learned that the second day is where true bliss comes from. I'll be going back because of the how the service was and the outstanding facilities.
@LukeMartin

Wow! You know the real magic of this place then, I never stop thinking about how good this place was. Can I ask you, on the second day does your meal change or you have the same dinner and breakfast as the day before?
@WA-eg7ft
8 ай бұрын
Yes our meals changed. But not 100% Many items were the same for breakfast. Speaking of that, what about that yogurt, was that the best or what? One evening we had the wagu sha bu sha bu style, only the dipping was a miso base soup. Incredibly delicious. You'd think it wasn't much food with the small dishes, but I was full after each meal. To the point of breakfast on the morning of departure I could only eat a portion if the breakfast. What a wonderful place.
