After having done nothing for months gaining so much weight this is the right amount of workout I can handle at the moment and it feels like an accomplishment, I know it will take a long time and much more work but thank you so much to finally get me started and feeling good about being able to finish it!

Hey, you can go to the video settings and increase the playback speed (best on a desktop site as it allows custom speed settings) till the time he adds another one that is faster than this one

I LOVE your short and quick workouts!!! I work from home sitting at the computer sometimes 10 hours a day. I try to stop once every 2 hours to take a 10 minute break from sitting and love that I can jump in on one of your short workouts :) Thank you!!

Absolutely LOVE this 1000 step power walk! I start with this, go to the 3000 step Disco-Funk workout, then come back and do this one again to finish with 5000 steps. More 5000 step walking workouts, please! :-)

Rick I discovered you last Monday when I started Walk all over cancer 10k a day challenge. You have pushed and encouraged me through it and I’ve managed to do my 10k a day as a result. Great video!!! I’ll do this during some of my breaks while working! When I was in the office I used to walk around outside or go to the gym but now that I’m working from home and it’s cold out, I’ve been avoiding outside like the plague now lol Thanks

I am so grateful for these work outs...overweight and I hate exercising but these are so fun and achievable! So far I have done 1 -1000 step and 2 -3000 step workouts and look forward to keep going! Now I come home from work and do your workout before dinner! Before I would eat in front of the tv and pretty much just watch tv until bed. I just told my friend about your workouts! Thank you!!!!

I am using this as a post dog walk cool down to warm up in my freezing cold office! Going to mix it up next week and add some weights - 7 minutes is perfect but also like to do longer walkouts too!
