In today's training session we are getting 1000 touches of the ball in various passing and receiving drills to improve our first touch and weight of pass. Ronaldinho claimed to deliberately get 1000 extra touches outside of his team's training sessions, which contributed to his incredible ability on the ball. With this 1000 touch workout, you can increase your ability to pass and receive the ball with control which will translate into a match and improve your ability on the ball.

02:07 - Inside foot inside pass (left foot) - 50 repetitions
03:10 - One touch passing (right foot) - 100 repetitions
04:34 - One touch passing (left foot) - 100 repetitions
06:01 - Alternating inside touch inside pass - 50 repetitions
06:57 - Alternating outside touch inside pass - 50 repetitions
08:02 - Alternating sole roll inside pass - 50 repetitions
09:10 - Alternating cruyff touch inside pass - 50 repetitions
10: 41 - Chip to inside pass (right foot) - 50 repetitions
12:00 - Chip to inside pass (left foot) - 50 repetitions
