102 years on this earth is a blessing. Imagine what he saw in that much time. I knew many of this generation. Over the last 20 years, they have quickly left us. Soon, there will be none of them left, and that is a shame as they were a truly great generation of humans. R.I.P. to all of them.

So proud of this hero. He could still travel and hold a conversation. He made it to the 80th Commeration just in a different form than he planned. He was there in the same spirit of all his comrades have been there all these years. He was so lucky to live a good long life and go out with such honor. If he died last or next week few would hear his name. Now we know more about one of those faces and he went out gloriously doing something he desperately wanted to do.😢 ❤ Fly free and with comrades today!!!❤
