Thank you sir, ഞാൻ നോമ്പ് തുടങ്ങുന്ന സമയത്തും മുറിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് 3 ഇത്തപ്പഴം വീതം കഴിക്കാറുണ്ട്. ക്ഷീണവും തളർച്ചയും അനുഭവപ്പെടാറില്ല. കഴിച്ച് തുടങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ക്ഷീണം അനുഭവപ്പെടാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു

Thanks for the video. In case dates not avilable go for palm jaggery, I know 100s of people healthy and without any deceases. If gives to children upto age 12-15 he/she will live without any deceses upto age 70. Just sharing my knowledge to all.

@Jyothi Sithara yes for already diabetic and pre diabetic guys. Of course one can use limited quantity. For children no problem at all. Those kids become too strong and mother's avoid them near side due to pain when kids hands touch during play time etc. Believe me, telling truth. I will give more details if required.

Thank you sir for explaining the importance and benefits of dates .it contains lot of carbohydrates, minerals, sodium, calcium, magnisam, potassium etc. In 30 gm dates there are 81kg calorie of energy is included. Dates helps us from constipation, Cholastrol, heart problems, allergies, cancer, etc. It is rich in fibre, lot of antioxide, less fat, enough of protein, iron content is more and control our haemoglobin, etc. It is good for our eyes because of lot of vitamins include in it. It strengths out muscles and keep away from osteoporosis which we find in ladies after 50s. There are lot of iron content in it so we won,t get pale. It helps us to get good sleep , good skin, in men the sperm count will be more, keep up our weight and helps to have a natural delivery.Thank you sir for all these information's about dates.
