As I turn 70, I am more focused on physical fitness and diet than ever before. It's not the length of one's life but the quality that counts the most but she has both. May we all be so blessed.

A very touching and moving film! It should be submitted for a "best of" documentary award. You do yourself a great honor by taking the time to film Kay and her friends, to take us down through a history we only learned about from books. Kay's clarity of expression, her mental acuity, her zest for living (and her bright red nail polish) should serve as models for all of us to aspire to.

I just clicked on this because I was curious and was blown away by how good it was. I watched the entire thing. The world changed more in her lifetime than any time in history. She can now learn how to use a library on an iPad and never enter the building. I wish I could show her how.

I would love to be like her when I'm in my advanced years. To see her so mentally sharp and physically active, it's very refreshing. I never thought I'd see a 105 year-old woman laying on the ground doing exercises so well. Very impressive!! What a wonderful video this was, and it must've been so nice to talk to her about her very long life. :)

Talk about tearing up until the end. To live to a 105 is an accomplishment in itself, but to have the mind and physically fit body that she has is beyond remarkable. I was just wowed by that. Five brothers and sisters and she is the only one left. The many things she has seen, been through and lived through. I can't think of any young person today that could live through that. Lost her husband at 69 on her birthday gosh, more tears. Loses the sister caring for her at 90. Fifteen years later still going strong, and the only sibling left. Then when asked what she wishes for the most that she didn't get. It was an education. My grandfather was born in 1900 and lived until 1992. He told me similar stories growing up so it brought back some fond memories of him. I would think less than 1% of the population live as long. But at the end I took away so much as to how life was for her growing up versus myself and my children. Then I took away the important 2 things as we age and that was have lots of friends and keep moving. What an awesome story and so glad the video was shared with us. I surely hope it goes viral.

Thank you for watching my friend! Amazing to see how much life has changed over the past 100 years. I can't imagine what the world will look like in another 100 years. She plays bridge with people all across the world on her iPad. She has an Alexa that plays music and tells her the weather. She has a smart phone that sends messages, emails, and videos. She watches the news on a big screen TV. All of this was unimaginable even 30 years ago, let alone 100.

I am so proud to say Kay Croen is my loving Aunt Katie. I my life and in my family's life this beautiful lady has been a Saviour and angel to us all. To me Aunt Kay and Uncle Charles took me into their home and saved me from going through life without an education. With my Brother Jim, Katie and my Mother left their home in Arizona and move to California to help Jimmy as he was very ill. Jimmy died four months later and Katie and my Mom were there to the very end. For the next ten plus years following Jimmy's death, Katie took on the task of Care Giver for her Sister, Margaret, my Mother. My Sister Marilyn was so loved by my Mother they spoke every day by phone. My Sister Marilyn wrote and published her biography "The Day The Whistle Blew" and dedicated to our Mother and Father. The book is a wonderful family story of life in a coal mining town. When my Mother passed away Marilyn turned to Katie and they spoke on the phone every day. Katie has always been so graciously caring and loving to friends and family alike. Best Aunt a person could ever want and I love her with all my heart.

if you read more--- many many people had arranged marriages years ago--- and many-or most lasted longer. Imagine that. sometimes you think its love...but its not?
