Nah Lee Zii Jia celebrated every points to encourage himself to keep going. One of the way to relase, stay calm for himself. For him, every point is important because it was thr first time he joined olympic. Maybe he could be related to Carolina Marin which shouts alot in a match too. She won 2016 Olympics. Howevet, for me it's still good to shout but decrease the times of shout. It could be related to characteristic, attitude. She's been got a yellow card due to she shouted too often.

Because he isn't a flashy player, plays more defensive, and wasn't part of the Lee-Lin rivalry. Also because there have always been many good Chinese players so people might think "oh just another good Chinese player", whereas after Lee Chong Wei there wasn't another top player until Lee Zii Jia.
