For the nth year, every time, I failed and started dieting again (:'( LOL). For the past few months, I just added and changed a few habits, and at some point, I lost lots of weight. It was especially really hard for me to go below 48kg, but with these methods, in less than a month, I was 46kg! When I was 47kg, I decided to exercise, so now, I am diligently doing back exercise and abs exercise every day! After losing weight, I thought the curved back and shoulders needed exercise the most urgently.. Haha.. My goal is to film a video related to exercises with a prettier shoulder line a few months later๐ฅธ And as mentioned in the video too, my methods aren't the answers, I am sharing the methods I learned from my 173rd diet, so I hope you get the methods that will help you based on your experience hehe
