I just want to point out that your macros are not accurate. I ordered all the ingredients for the cooking for sharing and I don't know where you got those 136cals per serving 😂 the almond flour alone its like 630cals for the sole ingredient!!! I was like yeah too good to be true. However, I baked the Brownies today and they are decent in taste. I would have used the chocolate brownie protein instead vanilla but maybe next time!

Could be a concern about being satiated. Carbs are the least satiating/filling food macro. There are certain desserts that can be low fat, but they aren't likely to be creamy or might need an agent like xanthan gum to help them thicken. I know Jell-o makes a fat free, sugar free pudding that could be easily added into plenty of recipes. They have various flavours.

For the first recipe. Why not just use a egg yolk substitute..like peanut butter, agar powder, avocado or coconut milk. Then make the egg whites Swiss meringue style...this would make them 100% safe to eat raw...

No hate, but these recipes are often sugar free and that's good but I wouldn't call these recipes healthy because they still are very calorie dense

A food being calorie dense does not automatically make it unhealthy. For example nuts are very caloric dense due to their high fat content. But they are very healthy nevertheless.

@myprotein, question : how many scoops of the creme brulee ice cream is a serving? and how many grams of sugar per serving?
@MyproteinOfficial
Hey Lucas - the ingredient amounts provided create 2 servings, so depending on the size of your scoops you'd get at least 2-3 per serving. There are 7.2g of sugar per serving, you can find the full recipe here: www.myprotein.com/thezone/recipe/creme-brulee-protein-ice-cream-worlds-kitchen/ Hope that's helpful!
