I'm so glad someone is talking about books like Insomniac City and Blink. More people should read authors like Malcom Gladwell and Maria Papowa. And if I may, I want to recommend two books by an author called Maggie Nelson - Bluets and The Argonauts. Thank You, Vaani.

Staying in US I just had this realisation that “Old book stores” or “Thrift book stores” are such a blessing. You might come upon relics which you think you don’t need but eventually do. And they come at a high value (not gonna say “cheap price”). I wish there were more old book stores in India so that people read more and more books. 📚❤️

If someone is into musicals, I'd highly recommend listening to Fun Home's original Broadway cast recording. It was extremely well adapted and still holds on to its charm for me even five or so years on.

Ted Chiang is one of the best (if not the best) speculative fiction writers of our time. Story of Your Life - a short story by Chiang - was adapted by Denis Villeneuve and Eric Heisserer (both brilliant storytellers) in the form of Arrival - a true sci-fi masterpiece. When it comes to the genre, I completely relate with the sentiment of not being able to connect with science fiction. However, Jodorowsky's Dune - a spellbinding documentary about a film that never got made - and subsequently reading the epic by Frank Herbert changed my perception completely. Thanks for the list! Will check these out. P.S. Villeneuve's version of Dune is out later this year. :)

It us hard to choose one book. I feel that each book changes me a little, and I am not the same person as I was before reading it. Having said that, the top book that comes to my mind right now is **Em and the Big Hoom by Jerry Pinto**. It gave me an insight into the world of not only someone who is suffering from a mental illness but also the lives of their caregivers.
