If you just have the one WordPress website, why not just concentrate on backing up the site using some WP plugin.

Use Cloudflare API token on your Cyberpanel to sync DNS records. There will be no need to copy-paste or even export or import DNS records.

Yes that's true for Cyberpanel. For panels with no Cloudfare API you'd need to copy as I did in the video.

@@rwahowa You mention in the video that it is better to use your own DNS instead of Cloudflare if you will be setting up a mail server. Is this true even if I sync DNS records via Cloudflare API? If yes, why?

@@rwahowa Thank you for your quick response. According to your answer, this is when I work on VPS. In that case, this is my VPS' IP address. If I do not use VPS, or in case (I am most interested) I do not use at all web hosting but I am interested only on mail hosting, what is this address? Thank you!

If it wasn't emailed to you when you signed up, contact your web hosting provider. They'll tell you your IP address

Hello, any idea why I would get a 522 error after syncing my cyber panel DNS to cloud flare?

If you pause Cloudflare does the 522 error disappear?

Here is what I did. I installed a Cyberpanel as a Google Cloud instance. I created a website on Cyberpanel and used the Cloudflare sync option to update the DNS. It populated all the A/Cname references on Cloudflare. I updated my namecheap NS to cloudflare Name servers. But it's giving me a 522 error when I go to the website. NOt sure what step I might have missed...?

If you pause it, your server should give you an error that's relevant to the server. Leave Cloudflare paused. DNS will still work fine. If you're on a low resource vps, Create a swap file on your server.. Increase php execution time in your php.ini.

@@rwahowa After pausing cloud flare, I’m getting the regular Site can’t be reached screen. I did increase the php parameters to no avail... really not sure what I’m missing here. Firewall ports are open. I restarted the server, flushed the DNS, used incognito mode...
