50g milk
50g water
3g dry yeast
10g oil

[How to make]
1. Mix milk, hot water, dry yeast, and oil
2. Knead the dough for 20 minutes
3. Ferment the dough at room temperature for 40 minutes
4. Divide the dough into 5 parts and roll them into balls
5. Leave the dough at room temperature for 10 minutes
6. Roll out the dough to a diameter of 15 cm and cut into 4 pieces
7. Shape the dough
8. Leave the dough at room temperature for 20-40 minutes
9. Brush with egg
10. Bake in the oven at 190℃/375℉ for 20 minutes
