I can testify as someone who started incorporating an Avocado a day, cinnamon, ginger, apple cider vinegar, green vegetables, almonds, and salmon have changed my life! LADIES, I pray that everyone who sees my comment and this video start adding each of these very important, nutritional hormone balancers to their daily diet. It will change your entire life experience! 🙏🏽

How to use ginger, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar plzzz tell me
@porschajohnson1890

@@aateevlog3007 I drink 2-3 teaspoons in a 12oz cup of tea daily one hour before my first meal of the day. More specifically, I mix a bag of green tea, 1 lemon, one table spoon of ground cinnamon and ginger, and 3 tea spoons of ACV. Also, 100% organic coconut oil is a great hormone balancer/ 1 teaspoon.

You need to have time to take care of yourself in old age, but people don't have time because they have to work until they are 67. Today I said goodbye to a friend who worked for 51 years and retired. At a time when she should have taken care of herself, her health, devoted more time to getting to know her body and her needs, she was working. In the last year before retirement, she was very often ill. Years of hard work and neglect caused her health to deteriorate.

The kind of information I really need. I realized in the past few months that I become very irritable, very sad or just angry for no reason a day before and atleast 2 days during my period, and have been wondering why. I started drinking coffee almost everyday last year, I think this (too much caffeine) contributed largely to this. I need to start incorporating most of these foods in my meals. Hope it helps! I don't like Salmon and Walnuts 😵

Why to never heat olive oil?
@sacredsecrecy9620
Жыл бұрын
That's nonsense. You can cook with olive oil just fine, just don't heat it up too much. As soon as it starts smoking on the pan it's starting to develop carcinogens. So, you definitely don't wanna deep fry anything in it. But other than that it's totally OK for cooking.
