Here's a quick, effective 12 minute ab & core workout! It incorporates ab, back, and cardio moves, and it switches between standing and mat abs. Tone and strengthen your ab muscles and feel good! You can even try this as a "7 day ab challenge". It requires no equipment at all, you can do it at the gym or your home, and is easy to follow along to. Hope you like it!
