You’ve asked for it, you should get it.
Since you’re all in your front splits already
(SPLIT GUIDE PART 1 & PART 2 on my page) you should get into your middle splits soon too.
Be patient and let your body stretch for weeks/months!
It took me long time to really get into the middle split so give it time and before that you should work on your front splits first.
Let’s work on our stretching skills.
I would recommend you to do this everyday for fast results but 3-4 times after your workout works as well.
