Here is Part 2 of our Powered Up Series and todays class is 12 minutes. Like with the previous video we are using weights alongside our trampoline. I am using 4kg, 5kg & 6kg dumbbells and the idea is to challenge yourself so that within the 50 secs of work you can feel your body working hard.
