OMG. It’s not that complicated everyone! This does not warrant a 10 minute video. I’m a pastry chef, and never knew there was a shinier side to parchment paper. I’m accustomed to using sheets sized for sheet pans. If you have a roll of parchment at home, the trick to alleviating the pain in the ass curl is to crumple up the piece you tore off and then flatten it. I didn’t watch all the way to the end, so this is probably explained. And yes. Use it over and over until you can’t over anymore.

Man, I've been cooking bacon in the oven completely wrong! Did not know that parchment paper could be used like that. Really good tip!

I use pre-cut sheets. Also, I've been reusing my parchment paper for years.

I used parchment paper once, and it's looked burnt, was baking at 390 degrees. Afraid to use it again.

People tent their fish in the oven? 🤢 Doesn't that make it completely soggy and mushy?? Meatloaf too. I've read numerous "hacks" where people say to tent the meatloaf for even cooking and easy cleanup but it ruins the texture of the meat. I only use parchment in air fryers but it will catch fire if it touches the heating element at all. And the fan of the air fryer is so powerful it can move lightweight foods and lift the paper out from under it - always weigh down the corners if you're using in the air fryer. Seems like a very important parchment warning that they missed 😅

Boy, someone here must be desperate for a subject for a KZitem video. I've been using parchment for years and despite being of average intelligence, and never having any instruction on how to use it, it has worked very well every time. Imagine that.
