Congratulations Michelle it's so fun to see this results I was where you were at right now two years ago and I'm currently at 145 you and I are the same height and I started at almost 190 then my husband had a stroke and we found Dr. Berg keto and Dr. Boz and it's changed our life my husband still suffers the results of the stroke but he is still alive and we're praying for healing and doing healthy keto

Michelle you look great. That pile of clothes is getting pretty big. I started out at 14 plus and now I'm a size 4 or 6. I threw out the fourteens but was afraid I would get fat again so have piles of clothes that I'm now going to get rid of since it's been 3 years. Every other time I try to lose weight I always got fat again. So this has felt like a miracle to lose weight and not be hungry. I didn't start to buy new clothes until my daughter told me I was starting to look like a bag lady. I just couldn't believe it would last.

Absolutely love this. I also am an RN and also live in SD. I love watching your videos, but especially like this raw transparent progress. How nice of you to open up to all of us. Thank you for being so willing and encouraging for all of us. during my fasts I like to do food prepping for the following week...more like food batching of proteins and looking for new recipe to try. I try and keep things very simple, but I also like to try 1 new recipe to keep things from getting bored. thank you again for this!! You are amazing! :)

Moni Chippewa ...I feel your pain!! Lol! I was thinking that a few days ago! My success is getting down to a quarter. Of the dual medicine pill I take for high blood pressure. My pressure is lower than Michelle’s, but I am waiting for it to be stable for a week before I take that last quarter away and be med free for the first time in decades. Loved this documentary so much! Thank you for doing it!

Dr Boz and Michelle Rock ! Just some comparisons… Michelle ( lady in the video ) and I have similarities: We’re both 5ft 3 in , RNs and both changed the way we eat by fasting and a ketogenic diet . Michelle RN. Karla SW 207 220 lbs Weight loss at 12 weeks /3 months 184 lbs -23 lbs 179 lbs - 41lbs Many others are realizing that too . Fasting, ketosis and sobriety Lost 78 lbs in 1 year 🤯🤓 Both of you ladies , thanks tremendously for what you do . Michelle and I have the same problem we keep buying clothes 😂😂 we can’t help it 🤓 I look for bargains 😂🤓

Have noticed a big difference now that I eat omad in the morning than when I ate omad in the afternoon. Mostly I eat omad in 10-15 minutes. Uses a little salt in water and coffee and sucks on salt grains-sleeps like a baby and dreams a lot.

Hello Dr Boz , I am hoping to get a little bit of information from your knowledge of working with keto. This is mainly for my uncle who had a brain stroke (cerebral hemorrhage) about 7 years ago. He has difficulty with movement and slurred/difficult to understand speech as a result of this. His comprehension is good. I doubt I could convince him to go full keto but theres a chance of getting him to supplement with MCT's. My worries are that there may be side effects (esp dangerous ones), that he may quit before effects become evident esp because of short term adaption difficulties or taking MCTs inconsistently . I was wondering if you had some insight regarding these things and a good course of action to help him? His english isnt super good and he is also pretty resistant to unsolicited help, so even if there were no side effects, I would need to present information in a really careful way to help. Thanks for all the helpful content! I have brain deficiencies as well so keto is helpful for me too. Max
