12 weeks out and we another new low this week which is great to see! We’re around 1kg ahead of plan so in a good spot to manage things from here, only about 2-3kg left to lose. Sleep is a bit of an issue at the minute but doing my best to manage this with various techniques. Despite this, energy levels and performance in the gym is still high! I also learned this week that sweetheart cabbage BANGS 💪🏻
