If you're looking for a decent budget scotch (something that tastes pretty good but is also affordable to just keep on hand in case you want a scotch), I'd recommend Grant's Family Reserve. Usually goes for about $30 Canadian a bottle or like 15 GBP so I'm assuming somewhere around 20 USD a bottle. It's not as nice as some of the more pricey scotches but it's definitely a good scotch considering how cheap it is I tend to always have a 40 oz bottle of the stuff on hand just in case I feel like having a scotch

Ooh! I have a bottle of Lagavulan 16yo that I bought with vouchers I get given by volunteering for a (UK) national Covid survey. It makes putting a stick up my nose much more cheerful knowing that each time I do it, I get to buy a really good bottle of Scotch - and L16 is definitely one of the best. Hm, I feel a small one coming on now...

I was also a huge fan of puzzles when I was young and these puzzles that force you to think about the problem in a completely different way than what you’d expect were always my favorite. The first one I encountered was the horseshoe and ring puzzle that looks totally impossible at first glance but eventually you realize how to do it and it’s a very satisfying “eureka” moment.

Hey LPL Despite appreciating your efforts to preserve the puzzle lock, I cannot help but think a brute force attack would have been faster. Perhaps a follow-up video is in order. I see a few different attacks that could be performed. Even then I'm sure it would take longer than a Master lock.

@@in.articulo.mortis It would be much simpler to get an industrial glass shredder, put a bucket below it and shred the bottle with the lock. In the next step what got into the bucket you put through laboratory-grade filter to remove the remnants of glass and other particles. What you get in result is pure Scotch. That's how professionals do it.

Wow, I think these puzzle locks are my favorite. I always find myself more fascinated by the strange or bizarre lock videos and I think it's because like puzzles they seem complex and odd but the trick is really simple, the concept is amazing.

I had some puzzles when I was growing up. I remember one that used a similar principle with a chain on the bottom rung of a 3-rung 'ladder' of sorts, which you had to maneuver through the structure itself to remove. One of the memories I'm most proud of is when I finally managed to figure that one out all by myself :)
