I offered this guided meditation in a one-hour course intended to support participants in learning and incorporating a variety of stress management techniques into their lives. Mindfulness meditation has been shown to significantly reduce stress in those who practice regularly. I've experienced this personally and want to help others experience the many benefits of meditation.
I'm so honored and thrilled to be a student in Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, which I'll graduate from in 2025.
