📚 Visit the Library
Orchard Library is huge and absolutely gorgeous and is a must-visit attraction in Singapore. Apart from that, I also visited Bedok Square Library on a rainy day and was able to explore the huge library and everything that it had to offer.
🛒 Explore the Shopping Malls
There are lots of shopping malls in Singapore that spoil you with a range of shops and activities. A few of the malls worth checking out are the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, VivoCity Mall, Bedok Square Mall, Paragon Shopping Center, City Square Mall, and more.
🌳 Cloud Forest and Flower Dome
Although the gardens in the Gardens by the Bay are a no-go during rainfall, you can still visit the indoor attractions here such as Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, Floral Fantasy, and so on.
✈️ Jewel Changi Airport and Attractions
One of the best things to do in Singapore during rainy days is visit the Jewel Changi airport and all the available attractions here.
You can indulge in fun attractions such as Canopy Maze, Butterfly Park, and more. Plus there are lots of restaurants and bars here. If that wasn't enough, you can also explore the shops at Jewel Changi Mall here and make the most of your rainy day
👚 Go Shopping at Bugis Street
Another indoor attraction where you can spend time when it is raining in Singapore is Bugis Street.
A paradise for shoppers, Bugis Street is filled with shops that sell clothes, bags, accessories, souvenirs, and more. There are multiple floors available for browsing through the stores and the entire street is covered so you don't have to worry about getting drenched.

Located inside Jewel Changi Airport, HSBC Rain Vortex is another perfect attraction that can be admired during a rainy day.
This is the tallest indoor waterfall in the world and offers a stunning view to visitors. You can spend a couple of hours walking around this waterfall and can even stay for the evening light and sound show held here.

Another indoor attraction that is perfect for a rainy day visit is the Museum of Ice Cream in Singapore.

Another great place to visit during a rainy day is the S.E.A. Aquarium in Resorts World Sentosa.

🍺 Go to a Pub at Clarke Quay
You will find many bars, pubs, and restaurants around Clarke Quay that offer all-day happy hours. Many bars open around 1 PM and offer great discounts on food and drinks. So, if you are bored staying indoors, you can go bar hopping and escape getting soaked in the rain.
🥡 Explore the Streets of Singapore
There are many places where you can walk under the sheltered streets and go by your day. Bedok Square is a great place for shopping and eating while Chinatown looks absolutely refreshing during rainfall.
You will find several other fun streets to explore in Singapore such as Little India, Haji Lane, Arab Street, and more. All you need is a rain cover or umbrella and you are good to go!
🚌 Take the Bus Ride Through the City
Take an EZLink card and spend the day exploring the streets of Singapore via city buses. You can sit on the upper deck front seats and enjoy the rain-streamed view of the city.
This is not a free activity but you won't spend more than 10-15 SGD throughout the day on it.
