The way to achieve this is to develop an inner attitude that sees and considers your own needs and those of the other person equally, as well as the acquisition of central concepts and methodological tools such as empathy, self-empathy and self-expression, and the flexible application of the four steps of non-violent communication. It helps you to remain calm in conflicts, to express yourself clearly even in difficult situations and to develop constructive solutions. It gives you the tools to address “hot potatoes” in advance without hidden recriminations.
