Last week we covered the early part of Robert Pickton and I hypothesized on some of the things that likely helped to form him into the monster that he became and helped to form his MO if it needed helping. We ended last week’s episode in 1998 where the police seemed to slowly be picking up that there was something wrong and where Robert was seemingly feeling invincible either not believing he needed to keep his mouth shut or feeling as though he was invincible. This week we are going to see more of that as we pick the story up in 1999 and see more opportunities for people to have blown the whistle on Robert and more chances for the police that seemingly slipped through their fingers causing one of the most prolific serial killers of all time to continue kidnapping, killing and mutilating the bodies of his victims.
