This is a terrific work out. I lost around 3-4kgs in 14 days, can't express my happiness. I also followed intermittent fasting all these days.Will be continuing this workout for better results 💪

@@truptithakur8852 It's intermittent fasting.Morning breakfast at 10am,lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm.I made sure I to eat healthy ,consumed no or little sugar and oil/ghee.Its basically eating normally but staying away junk.

Same here! I suffer from S.A.D.D. and I live in the northern Midwest, where we start losing daylight mid-late September and don't start gaining it back until about March! I started some of these workouts in hopes that they keep my endorphins and whatnot up. I have also heard from others who suffer with depression and negative thoughts, that drinking water infused with Lemon, Cucumber, and ginger really helps them! It's also good for detoxing your gut and large/waste management organs like the liver and kidneys. And if you research what happens when those 3 things are overloaded with toxins, you'll find that depression is one of the symptoms. But do thorough research and contact a Healthcare provider before you do a detox because too much of a good thing can have some downsides. But you can look into that too. 😉 Good luck on your journey of health! 💖

@@Nxillex I don't strictly follow a diet, but one thing I am sure of is that I avoid eating sugary and carb-heavy foods. I still eat them, but only in moderation. Additionally, I practice intermittent fasting.

Anyone in july 2024 Everyone saying they had loose weight 1to 2 kg But after doing it i dont think a 20 minutes work out will help because half time is fir rest so basically 10 to 15 minutes i gyess . I started following Roberta's workout since 2020 and i lost about 5 kgs and i lost my belly fat . My face really slimmed down . But after started for preparing exams i gained all the weight back due to stress eating .I joined nursing school 1yr back and i wanted to regain my body and all the confidence. So i started working out .Its been 2 weeks since i started doing this and tbh my double chin is not visible and i have started getting jaw lines. This is the first routine ever which I tried and got the motivation from here. You can even find my comment here somewhere where I updated my 2 week journey everyday. it's been 2.5 months since I started my fitness journey. I'm so proud to say that I've lost 10 kgs since then. Got down from 73kgs to 63 kgs and couldn't be happier rn, all thanks to your workouts. Everyday I push myself even more and now am focusing on building muscles instead of loosing weight. Trust me you guys, I am so glad I trusted this channel...really changed my life for the better ❤😭🥰

@@notyourdrug5380 yes I was, I restricted a lot though so wouldn't recommend doing what I did. Please check online for your calorie requirement to loose weight and follow that my current weight- 54kgs (19kgs down from when I started)

@@anamika1487 my food habits got really bad when I started to loose weight, I restricted a lot and was on the edge of developing an ed. So dont do what I did, eat healthy, lots of protein, carbs in moderation. There are various sites online that provide calorie requirement to loose weight according to your age and height. Check your calorie requirements and strictly follow that

Hello I started it form 4 September. My weight is 54 kg now but it usually remains around 50 kg and so I decided to do this exercise to reduce the weight I gain in last 3 months. I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Silmmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. I received gastric sleeve treatment. I have a pretty good physique now. I even received tummy tuck treatment because I had sagging in the abdomen. I don't have any marks on my body. I would suggest you to take such a treatment as well.

Started this workout yesterday to boost my weight loss journey and see if I'm able to finish the challenge! I'm on my second day and it already seems easier. Yesterday I was heavily sweating and out of breath. Today I can write this comment just right after!

@@rabinapoudel1201 first of all wake up at 6 or 7 in morning. After waking run for 2 or 3 kilometers basically if your compatibility is 1 km then run atleast 2 kilometers. In day do this exercise, jn evening do indian yoga ( anulom vilom, vastika, kapalbhati, and Surya namskar ) After eating your dinner at least take one round. Bro I am only 14 but if I can do that you definitely can . Best of luck 😊😊😇🤟🤟

I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Slimmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. GUYS! So I’ve been doing this exercise for a month now about 5 times a week and I lose 18 pounds!!!!! From 150lbs now I’m only 132lbs! Hi! In the morning I drink 1 glass of chilled water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 eggs for my breakfast. For lunch and dinner nothing has changed much with the food I eat except I stopped eating rice or bread. I still eat whatever I want as long as it’s not carby food 😊

I still eat pasta though 😅 and please try to finish the workout I know it’s quite hard but you can do it! Also, I don’t drink lots of water WHILE working out. Just a sip. You will feel full when you drink lots of water before and during workout so I advice just drink right after 😊

Starting today(May 7th) - Current Weight - 86.1 kgs Desired weight - Long way to go ,but my first target is to get to 80 kgs Female - Height - 5'3 - Age- 26 BMI - 34 Lifestyle - Workout , exercise was never part of my routine, wasn't an overweight person from the beginning. It all started in my college times where I gradually started gaining weight. I don't have any health issues except for my thyroid levels spiking up a little at times. Due to pandemic it's been almost 15 months since my company let us work from home, and sitting at the same place morning to evening my lifestyle has become very sedentary. Hence my metabolism is very poor too. As far as food is concerned I never watched my calories ate a lot of processed food. Please dont mind if the msg is too long, just wanted ppl in similar state like me to be able to relate. Week 1 - Today is May 14th, It's been a week since I followed this workout routine. First couple of days I couldn't do it beyond 15 mins , but from the 3rd day it was alryt. I am able to get some results from this and cutting down on processed food and sugar. But aiming to get more results the coming so will try doing it twice in a day. Current weight - 84.9 kgs , reduced 1.2 kgs

before starting this workout today, I did a one week workout that was supposed to cut out belly fat but it did nothing for me EXCEPT give me the motivation to keep going. I wasn't able to complete that workout in one go as it didn't have breaks in between so I was always pausing and that did effect my motivation in a way. But this workout is AMAZING. Not only did I not pause the video ONCE, but I am sweaty and breathless too which means this wasn't a total bust. And the pace at which these exercises are being done is WONDERFUL. It kept me motivated throughout the length. It's only the first day for me but I am positive ill do the entire 2 weeks. my weight currently is 73kg (5"7.5 height). Will keep updating throughout the length.

I’ve been doing workouts like this for a week and I lose a lot of weight. I weigh 137 pounds and now I weigh 133. I’m slowly losing weight and improving myself. I’m close to my goal and I’m going to try to get to the rest of this week.

I did this workout for 14 days twice a day and I lost 5 pounds in 14 days; i'm shocked that it works, however I didn't consume fast food, sugary food and fried food. All the best for everyone; I know it's hard but never give up.

@@kanviaery2542 No particular diet, i just didn't eat bread and sugar. I have 80 kg now, although I still do trainings with Roberta, but I eat much worse than in the first 14 days. So i am going to eat cleaner again for next 30 days

I'm starting today(3/5/21) at 60kg(BMI: 23.7) Target weight 55kg (BMI: 21.8) Will update daily. I hope I stay consistent and motivated Day 1 : completed with difficulty. Nearly gave up Day 2 : completed Day 3 : skipped Day 4 : skipped Day 5 : completed Day 6 : completed😰 Day 7 : skipped No change in weight. I was not consistent though😅 But I will keep trying Day 8 : completed (felt easier to complete) Day 9 : skipped Day 10 : completed Day 11 : skipped Day 12 : completed Day 13 : completed x 2 Day 14 : completed Results: no change in weight. Reason may be because of inconsistency. Consistency is very important. I will start again with more determination. However, I can feel my abdomen flatten, my pants getting loose & I can fit in my old clothes again.

I started 28 of December. 2020 . Today is 29 .i really feel change in me only in two days . I feel like i am eating less than usual. And my belly looks flat than before. But my legs are too stiff .i can't walk properly. But i am not giving up untill i really reduce my weight. . . . focused is the only key to achieve the goal..

You may have vitamin d defeciancy that caused me unable to walk everyone said you are too stiff but I knew that Its not stiffnes. take sunlight or consult your doctor .

Today I'm going to start this workout. My current weight is 76.65kg My target weight is 66kg. Day 1. Day 2... 76.30 Day 3 was missed due to high rain. Again I'm starting from the beginning. Day 1...75.95 Day 2 ...75.50 Day 3... 75.95

Its perfect when your country is on lockdown because of cornoa. I underestimated the workout because of its simple nature. But man it takes the heck out of you to complete it. And yes results are guaranteed with planned diet and consistency.
