Good video. Have called Saipan home for over 16 years and the CNMI home for 18. One addendum needed. The Casino is defunct, Covid and other things, like the Chinese company building it violating immigration and safety regs to build it, so it is now just an unfinished eye sore which many residents wish never would have been built. Other than that, it is a great place and everything else in your video is spot on.
