Have been writing a book and was wondering if there was a word for when a person pulls the corner of their mouth to the side to show that they don't believe something. And I wanted to find out if there was another phrase besides "furrowed eyebrows" that I could use. And that's how I came across this video. This was a great resource. Never even heard of "knitted eyebrows" before. Thank you!

Annemarie, you are a psychologist of life. If communicating is beyond words, if we associate our observation with facial gestures, it would facilitate understanding, as stress is our limiting factor.

The girl has narrowed her eyes. But her eyebrows are not furrowed. So, she is not angry or worried. There is a slight sparkle in her eyes, and it seems she is about to smile. I think she might be determined to pursue something, which she is confident of achieving.
Thanks for your sharing. Could you teach me the words when somebody open them mouth and big eyes ( they are feeling surprised). Thanks
