Hey everyone! Back with another update for my transformation/bikini competition. Prep has officially begun, meaning time to lose weight! Thank goodness, haha. Maintenance was hard on me mentally, seeing the scale go up, along with other stuff I was working through. Feeling in a much better place right now. I know it's been awhile since I've posted but I've stuck to the macros and workouts my coach has given me throughout my absence from social media so I'll catch you up on all the weeks you've missed, including my InBody Scans. Learning about weight gain because of muscle gain has been interesting. Excited to keep going to see my body composition continue to improve. See you next week! 2 months after surgery- lowest Weight (1/2021): 143 lbs

Currently eating higher carb and lower fat while trying out a body building competition.
