This is so I’m redouble. Man, you are a great athlete. I was humbled badly by my first attempt at a stone. I noticed you have the full stone on your knees. My stone was only partially on mine, making it tough to raise. I am studying your lift!

I have always been comfortable in the low squat position. Another excellent lifter called Jamie Gorrian also works on his flexibility and is comfortable there. I would recommend working on hip flexibility. I spend at least 3mins per day in that low squat position. If you need to hold a weight in front of you or hold onto something initially then you can. Happy lifting 👍

How about some longer-form videos about finding the stone, and your thought process about how to lift it?

I think you could do good at Magnus classic comp in a few weeks. 5 out 7 events is stones. An you handle stones like a animal. Stone to shoulder medley you could win that event, no doubt my mind

If this stone was from Egypt they would be saying it weighs 3 tonnes
