16:00 - 16:20 Those might be Tucuxi, which (despite living in rivers) are actually oceanic dolphins, in terms of body shape. They have a slightly shorter snout and a more standard dorsal fin.

Great video George. That baby sloth was cute. The monkey named Benito really liked you. They were all neat in their own way. Those trees were amazing looking. That was the most colorful grasshopper I've ever seen before. I was hoping a pink dolphin would swim up to you. I would have been too afraid to get into the water myself. Again, great video. 🤗

Thumbnail: Scientific study reveals fish don't eat clucking dinosaurs! . Don't worry about Candiru. These fish are far too wide to swim up a Urethra, which is far too narrow. My hypothesis is this story was made up by some boastful guys! . So the dolphins aren't just perpetually embarrassed?

Hey George, it sounds like you should go watch Clint's Reptiles video about snake myths! As an big influencer you shouldn't be saying that you hate snakes (even if it might be true) because a large percentage of snakes are killed by humans every year for the sake of hate (which is not a reason to do anything) because of myths and misconceptions about them. The truth is, humans are far more dangerous to snakes than even the most venomous or huge snakes are to us. The ONLY snake species which has been verified to even occasionally prey upon humans is the mainland reticulated python of Malaysia - the tree boas in the Amazon? Completely harmless to humans and actually one if the most colourful and beautiful snake species on the planet! And even lethally venomous snakes are never actually looking to intentionally envenomate a human because their venom is meant for catching their dinner and pretty much all snakes are TINY compared to us! Most bites from venomous snakes are dry (no venom) because the snake is terrified of you and just wants you (the big scary monster human) to bugger off and leave them in peace so that they can get on with munching on pests like rats. A bite from a venomous - or any snake - is simply a warning because YOU scared it because you are absolutely enormous compared to it. Many snakes won't even actually bite in self defense of themselves; they'll just hiss at you and boop you with their snoots, pretending to bite.) And if the snake was indeed venomous? Well, an envenomated human can STILL kill the poor snake long before the venom would take the human out.) Snakes of all species are also critically important pest controllers who again want absolutely nothing to do with us. Please try to shine a positive light on these animals even if you don't personally like them because snakes need our help conservation-wise every bit as much as those monkeys - which ARE potentially dangerous to humans. (That's why monkeys make profoundly awful pets and why you shouldn't say you want one as a pet because whether you were serious or not that promotes other people to ACTUALLY adopt monkeys as pets which is horrible for both the monkey and the humans but mostly for the monkeys who are frequently ripped as babies from their murdered wild moms to be sold into the exotic pet trade and habituated to humans the babies can often never be released back into the wild where they belong.) Snakes need our appreciation and protection as critical pieces of the environment!❤ And as a sidenote on reticulated pythons: humans don't make easy prey even for them. Snakes are very slow moving predators (do NOT believe cinema,) and humans really aren't shaped right for a snake to even swallow us. A reasonably healthy human can easily escape a giant snake and retics don't go around intentionally hunting us. Their strategy instead is to lay around in wait of lunch opportunities, be that a rabbit or a fawn, and they don't even need to eat particularly often due to how slow their metabolisms are. Even snake species which are absolutely puny in comparison to retics like ball pythons can go half a year without food and be 100% fine. (In fact, ball pythons are kinda infamous for doing this haha.) So, be appropriately WARY of truly big giant snakes but DON'T fear them. (A big snake would be one over two metres/six feet long. Most snakes fall well under this length! Most snake species are more in the range of 2-5 feet long and females are larger - often drastically - than males generally.) Love your channel, George, thanks for generally being a channel host with integrity! ❤ I would NOT have been brave enough to swim in the Amazon River, lol, you'd have to pry me out of the boat to get me to even put a hand in it!😂
